Confirmation Dialog Accessibility

Many websites use confirmation dialog boxes to alert visitors of the use of cookies or other information related to using the website or information important to the organization.   One of the important parts of using confirmation dialogs is keyboard focus management.

The three main focus management issues are:

  1. When page first loads
  2. When the user using the TAB key to move focus
  3. When the dialog closes
